Welcome to Razzle Dazzle Events (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated under Nikkeii Chevelle. By purchasing tickets, registering for events, booking services, or participating in any Razzle Dazzle Events experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Participation

By attending any event hosted by Razzle Dazzle Events, you agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and instructions provided by event staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates these terms or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

2. Tickets & Payments

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered.
Failure to complete payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of deposits.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Company.

3. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of event cancellation by the Company.
No refunds will be provided for missed events, no-shows, or participant withdrawal.

4. Travel & Cruise Events

For any travel-based events (including cruises, trips, or retreats):

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, passports (if required), and travel documents.
The Company is not responsible for travel delays, airline issues, or changes made by third-party vendors (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, etc.).
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Media Release

By attending any event, you grant Razzle Dazzle Events permission to capture photos, videos, and audio recordings of you. These may be used for marketing, promotional materials, and social media without compensation.

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that events may involve certain risks. You voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance and release Razzle Dazzle Events and its affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage.

7. Code of Conduct

We promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to modify event details including schedules, locations, speakers, or activities when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
